Having your own personal trainer is the quickest and safest way to achieve your health and fitness goals. It ensures that you exercise in the safest and most effective way.

Vital Life will design a personalised training program which will suit your physical abilities and personal timetable. Whether it’s losing a few kilos, flattening your stomach for your swimsuit or preparing for a marathon, we can help you.

Vital Life offers:

  • Individual and group training, including both outdoor and gym training in one of our locations or we can come to your work, home or local park.
  • Preparation for major event including marathons, half-marathons and swimming competitions.
